Building in public. Beta opens in 50 days.

AI that doesn't start from zero.

FORGE is an AI that lives on your laptop. It notices how your day really goes, remembers it, and when your plan starts slipping, it speaks first.

the problem

You tell an AI about your exam.

Some AIs save a few notes about you. None of them see how your day actually goes, so they can't help while it's happening.

how it works

One week, the way FORGE sees it.

  1. 1Notice
  2. 2Remember
  3. 3Understand
  4. 4Speak first
your planYouTubestudying

FORGE starts empty. It knows nothing about you yet.

FORGE noticed

“Evenings that start with YouTube start about an hour late.”

Proof

Exceptonly 20 min late

How sureMedium. 5 evenings is not a lot yet.

Example week, not a real person. In the beta, FORGE sees only app and website names, and times. Never your screen, your keys or your mic.

step 4, the part nobody else does

It speaks first.

Other AIs wait for you to type. FORGE says something while it's happening, before the evening is gone. In Hinglish, like a friend would.

  • At most 3 messages a day
  • Never during class. Never late at night.
  • Every message comes with a reason

Thu 7:00 PM

In English: It's 7:04. The last 3 Thursdays started like this, and studying began at 8. Straight to DSA today?

  1. Your memories stay on your laptop. Locked with encryption.
  2. The AI brain runs on your laptop too. It already works with Wi-Fi off.
  3. No company server holds your life. So there's nothing to leak, and nothing to sell.

What FORGE sees in the beta. And what it never will.

Sees

  • Which app or website is open
  • For how long, and when
  • The plans you tell it, like "7 to 9, DSA"

Never sees

  • Your screen
  • What you type
  • Your microphone or camera
  • Your passwords

Don't just trust us

FORGE is still being built. The beta will show a live counter of everything that leaves your laptop, so you can check it yourself. Every sense has its own off switch.

hey, I'm Taksh.

I'm 19. In Class 12, I procrastinated a lot. I'd plan my whole day, and then the day would just... go. Nothing around me noticed. Not my apps. Not any AI.

So I'm building the friend I needed back then. One that lives on your laptop, knows your real day, and never tells anyone.

Then I asked 101 students. 84 didn't finish their plan last week. 47 asked to try FORGE first. So it's not just me.

Is FORGE free?

Yes. The first release on 6 January 2027 is free for college students. The core companion will stay free.

Which laptops will it run on?

The beta is for Windows and Ubuntu laptops. You need to be a college student, 18 or older.

Does it need the internet?

No. The AI brain runs on your laptop, and it already works with Wi-Fi off.

Can FORGE see my screen or read my messages?

No. In the beta it sees only which app or website is open, for how long, and the plans you tell it. Never your screen, your typing, your mic or your camera.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers when you ask, and it lives on a company's servers. FORGE lives on your laptop, knows your real day, and speaks up first when your plan slips. It isn't trying to be a smarter chatbot. It's the part that knows you.

What language does it talk in?

English and Hinglish, the way you'd talk to a friend.

What if I want to delete everything?

Your memories live on your laptop, so you're in control. You'll be able to delete any single memory, and anything FORGE concluded from it goes too. Or delete it all.

Who is building this?

Taksh Shah, a 19-year-old student founder in Ahmedabad (M.Sc. AI & ML at Gujarat University, BS at IIT Madras online). FORGE was selected for SSIP 2.0, Gujarat's student startup grant.

one more thing

I was paying attention.

That's FORGE. On your laptop, it does this for your real day. And none of it ever leaves.

All of this was noticed and kept in this browser only.
